Use case: High-resolution mass spectrometry imaging

The MALDI-FTICR imaging approach developed by CARMeN at Carnot i2C can locate and quantify anticancer molecules such as carboplatin and temozolomide, and contrast agents such as Dotarem, in biological tissues, including mouse and pig brain sections.

Another application maps the distribution of oxaliplatin and its metabolites in ovary sections.
